From Quarry to Factory – An Integrated Production Process

Our production begins at the quarry, where perlite ore is carefully extracted from reserves with reliable material standards and stable technical specifications. To ensure quality control at the source, we carry out the initial crushing and screening of raw perlite directly at our mining site.

From there, the processed ore is transported just 22 kilometers to our perlite factory, where it undergoes further refinement and preparation. At this facility, perlite is processed into forms suitable for a wide range of applications, including construction, agriculture, filtration, metallurgy, and textiles.
